*In the event of unforeseen circumstances and if the parcel is to big for your letterbox, you will have 10 days to collect your parcel from the post office.

**You will be notified by text message and email and will be asked to pick up your safety shoes within 10 days of receipt at the collection point. After this time, your parcel will be returned to the sender.

RETURNS

Independently of the withdrawal period stipulated in the Consumer Code (see our general terms and conditions of sale), Parade guarantees you a 30-day return period from receipt of your order. All products may be returned subject to compliance with the return conditions below.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For a return, nothing could be simpler. Please contact our customer service department at serviceclient@parade-protection.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

For faster processing, please specify:

Your order number;
The order date;
Information about the product(s) to be returned.

You will receive an email with a return number and a return label to affix to your parcel. This will allow you to benefit from completely FREE return postage. .

Before returning the product(s), please check its condition. It must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original box, undamaged and with no writing on it. No returns will be accepted if the products do not comply with these conditions or if they have been visibly used or damaged, making them unfit for sale.

NO NEED TO LEAVE YOUR HOME

What's more, you don't even have to go anywhere. You can request a letterbox delivery, and your postman will collect it on the day you indicate on the form. All the information about letterbox delivery is available here.

REFUNDS

Once the condition of the goods has been checked, Parade will refund the returned products within 30 days. This refund will be made by transfer directly to the bank account used for payment when you placed your order.
