Noumea, safety ankle boots for the workplace that you'll want to wear away from work

The Noumea ankle boots have been redesigned for even greater comfort and durability. These safety ankle boots are ideal for construction and logistics professionals who have to work on uneven, loose or slippery surfaces. What's more, the new Noumea shoes have a thicker, softer tongue and collar, a sewn-in gusset at the tongue to limit the intrusion of sand and dirt, wider loops at the top of the upper to make lacing easier and stronger, and an anti-abrasion insert at the front. Sturdy loops and hooks withstand loads of over 40 kg.

Noumea safety ankle boots are to standard EN ISO 20345: 2011 S3 SRC CI HI:

  • water-repellent upper material;
  • antistatic properties;
  • energy absorption in the heel;
  • hydrocarbon-resistant sole;
  • non-metallic anti-puncture insert;
  • toe protection with composite toe cap;
  • insulation against heat and cold.

They are also non-magnetic.

With Noumea, you benefit from the Parade FLEX SYSTEM and VPS SYSTEM (suspended arch support) technologies, which provide greater flexibility and comfort when walking.

VPS (suspended arch support)

The shoe's ergonomic shape maintains the natural arch of the foot, following the arch's curve. This support inside the sole itself provides unrivalled comfort, particularly in the case of small or shuffling steps and extended periods of standing still.

Flex system

FLEX SYSTEM technology is suitable for construction work and uneven surfaces. The exclusive design of the sole with its grooves reduces the pressure areas on the sole, providing flexibility and comfort when walking. The shoe moves with the foot and the horizontal and notched grooves under the metatarsal bones, where the foot naturally bends, naturally expel soil as the foot moves forward. You can find our FLEX SYSTEM technology in all our shoes with our NEBRASKA and NEVADA soles.

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

At Parade, we carry out a life cycle analysis to measure the environmental impact of each of our models: from the extraction of raw materials, manufacturing, use, logistics, right through to the end of the product's life. Our environmental impact calculators, developed in-house using ADEME's EMPREINTE® database, have been certified by AFNOR for textiles and validated by the Eco-design Cluster* for footwear.

*The Eco-design cluster is the national center for eco-design and life-cycle performance. Its expertise is recognized nationally and internationally by ADEME, the French Ministry of the Environment, AFNOR, ISO and the UN-environment.
