Mid-top safety shoes for welding professionals
N-Stel safety shoes combine robustness, protection and comfort. Inspired by the steel industry, they provide support for men and women in the industrial and construction sectors. Its mid-top upper with padded collar and robust design in coated split leather with flame-retardant thread stitching envelop and protect your ankle and foot.
This safety shoe has all the technical features required by the S3 safety category: safety toe cap, hydrocarbon resistance, non-slip sole, shock absorption, antistatic, puncture-proof, water-repellent upper. The outsole of the N-Stel is also HRO and CI HI, for good heat resistance and insulation against extreme temperatures.

VPS (suspended arch support)
The shoe's ergonomic shape maintains the natural arch of the foot, following the arch's curve. This support inside the sole itself provides unrivalled comfort, particularly in the case of small or shuffling steps and extended periods of standing still.
Flex system
FLEX SYSTEM technology is suitable for construction work and uneven surfaces. The exclusive design of the sole with its grooves reduces the pressure areas on the sole, providing flexibility and comfort when walking. The shoe moves with the foot and the horizontal and notched grooves under the metatarsal bones, where the foot naturally bends, naturally expel soil as the foot moves forward. You can find our FLEX SYSTEM technology in all our shoes with our NEBRASKA and NEVADA soles.

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
At Parade, we carry out a life cycle analysis to measure the environmental impact of each of our models: from the extraction of raw materials, manufacturing, use, logistics, right through to the end of the product's life. Our environmental impact calculators, developed in-house using ADEME's EMPREINTE® database, have been certified by AFNOR for textiles and validated by the Eco-design Cluster* for footwear.
*The Eco-design cluster is the national center for eco-design and life-cycle performance. Its expertise is recognized nationally and internationally by ADEME, the French Ministry of the Environment, AFNOR, ISO and the UN-environment.
