PRODUCT EXTRAS

A versatile safety shoe with an understated look and leather uppers

Kent: the S3 safety shoe that hides its true colours! With its understated "dress shoe" design and velvety-smooth leather, Kent will take you from the office to the field, no questions asked. It's ideal for professionals in industry, construction, logistics and jobs that require contact with the public.

Made from high-quality pull-up leather, you'll love the way it looks, but it's also water-repellent and naturally abrasion-resistant. To enhance its durability, the low safety shoe has also been fitted with reinforced eyelets.

Kent is compliant to standard EN ISO 20345: 2011 SRC. Its polycarbonate toe protects from the risk of crushing. Its notched outsole with offset heel gives you good grip even on uneven ground. The non-metallic anti-puncture insert protects against sharp objects and gives you greater flexibility.

The Kent shoe is equipped with the DRS SYSTEM (Delete Resonance System). This exclusive Parade technology provides flexibility, thanks to a cavity under the heel that collapses when the heel comes into contact with the ground.

You will enjoy Kent’s features, but what about a higher shaft? Check out Kansas, the S3 safety rangers, the high-top version of Kent!

Delete Resonance System (DRS)

Our DRS technology is in the heel and acts as a shock absorber. DRS is a cavity under the heel, in the shape of a semi-circular indent. When the heel is in contact with the terrain, this cavity falls inwards and moves with the heel to adapt to the terrain, preceding the foot’s roll and forward movement.

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

At Parade, we carry out a life cycle analysis to measure the environmental impact of each of our models: from the extraction of raw materials, manufacturing, use, logistics, right through to the end of the product's life. Our environmental impact calculators, developed in-house using ADEME's EMPREINTE® database, have been certified by AFNOR for textiles and validated by the Eco-design Cluster* for footwear.

*The Eco-design cluster is the national center for eco-design and life-cycle performance. Its expertise is recognized nationally and internationally by ADEME, the French Ministry of the Environment, AFNOR, ISO and the UN-environment.
