PRODUCT EXTRAS

Nordik: safety boots that are as comfortable and warm as they are effective

Fully lined, Nordik's unisex safety boots provide construction and landscaping professionals with effective protection and soft comfort, even at low temperatures. Complying with S3, SRC and CI HI requirements, these safety boots are designed for specific environments: sloping, uneven, slippery terrain, very cold environments, etc. They protect your feet from the risks of punctures, slipping, impacts and crushing, and insulate them from extreme temperatures. You'll love the big studs, the offset heel that makes it easier to climb ladders and the water-repellent pull-up leather that's resistant to moisture for 7 hours. What's more, Nordik are non-magnetic.

At PARADE, your comfort is paramount. That's why we've equipped the Nordik safety boots with 2 of our exclusive technologies:

  • the FLEX SYSTEM ensures greater flexibility when walking and facilitates the evacuation of soil thanks to the exclusive design of the sole;
  • the VPS SYSTEM hugs and supports the natural arch of the foot.

These innovations combined with a wide fit, a new resilient insole, a fitting aid and an imitation fur lining, promise you long-lasting comfort in all circumstances.

Nordik boots are available in large sizes up to 51!

For a safety boot that performs just as well in a non-lined version, try Nagoya!

VPS (suspended arch support)

The shoe's ergonomic shape maintains the natural arch of the foot, following the arch's curve. This support inside the sole itself provides unrivalled comfort, particularly in the case of small or shuffling steps and extended periods of standing still.

Flex system

FLEX SYSTEM technology is suitable for construction work and uneven surfaces. The exclusive design of the sole with its grooves reduces the pressure areas on the sole, providing flexibility and comfort when walking. The shoe moves with the foot and the horizontal and notched grooves under the metatarsal bones, where the foot naturally bends, naturally expel soil as the foot moves forward. You can find our FLEX SYSTEM technology in all our shoes with our NEBRASKA and NEVADA soles.

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

At Parade, we carry out a life cycle analysis to measure the environmental impact of each of our models: from the extraction of raw materials, manufacturing, use, logistics, right through to the end of the product's life. Our environmental impact calculators, developed in-house using ADEME's EMPREINTE® database, have been certified by AFNOR for textiles and validated by the Eco-design Cluster* for footwear.

*The Eco-design cluster is the national center for eco-design and life-cycle performance. Its expertise is recognized nationally and internationally by ADEME, the French Ministry of the Environment, AFNOR, ISO and the UN-environment.
