PRODUCT EXTRAS

Tierra: ESD safety shoes featuring exclusive Parade technologies

You don’t have to choose between comfort and safety thanks to the Tierra low safety shoe! Packed with Parade innovations, Tierra offers your feet ergonomic support (VPS SYSTEM, suspended arch support), walking flexibility (PARADE AIR SYSTEM) and more cushioning in the heel (DRS, Delete Resonance System). Featuring reflective strips and a grippy, electro-dissipative SRC sole, this ESD unisex safety shoe is suitable for a wide range of working environments, from rugged terrain to ATEX zones and the electronics industry. Its protective polycarbonate toe cap protects your toes from impact and crushing, while remaining lightweight.

The upper of Tierra is made from pull-up leather and microfibre, and is both water-repellent and breathable. This ensures your feet stay dry, whatever your sector and however hard you work. Featuring a non-metallic anti-puncture insert and a wide fit, the Tierra safety shoe is flexible and comfortable to wear.

VPS (suspended arch support)

The shoe's ergonomic shape maintains the natural arch of the foot, following the arch's curve. This support inside the sole itself provides unrivalled comfort, particularly in the case of small or shuffling steps and extended periods of standing still.

Delete Resonance System (DRS)

Our DRS technology is in the heel and acts as a shock absorber. DRS is a cavity under the heel, in the shape of a semi-circular indent. When the heel is in contact with the terrain, this cavity falls inwards and moves with the heel to adapt to the terrain, preceding the foot’s roll and forward movement.

Parade Air System

Our PARADE AIR SYSTEM technology is also inspired by the organic shape and roundness of the arch of the foot. The PARADE AIR SYSTEM is an air bubble encapsulated in the outsole of the shoe. This air cushion technology assists flexibility when walking.

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

At Parade, we carry out a life cycle analysis to measure the environmental impact of each of our models: from the extraction of raw materials, manufacturing, use, logistics, right through to the end of the product's life. Our environmental impact calculators, developed in-house using ADEME's EMPREINTE® database, have been certified by AFNOR for textiles and validated by the Eco-design Cluster* for footwear.

*The Eco-design cluster is the national center for eco-design and life-cycle performance. Its expertise is recognized nationally and internationally by ADEME, the French Ministry of the Environment, AFNOR, ISO and the UN-environment.
